To open a valid account on Superbetin, you must meet the conditions listed below. Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are created, all of them may be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Keep your account credentials secure. Do not share them with anyone.
• Holding funds on behalf of another person or placing bets on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

Superbetin strictly prohibits registration by anyone under the age of 18. Date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration. Superbetin reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Superbetin does not charge any transaction fees; however, fees imposed by your payment provider may still apply.
• Superbetin reserves the right to review unusual transactions as part of its anti-money laundering efforts.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Superbetin itself cancels it.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed at those odds will be voided.
• If a match is postponed before it begins, the bet may remain valid until the next scheduled time.
• In a parlay bet, all legs must be correct to win.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays.
• Any winnings obtained through system errors or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

Superbetin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms – please read them carefully. Opting into a bonus is entirely voluntary, but once activated, the associated terms become binding.

• A member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Any account found to be abusing bonuses (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts) will be closed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Superbetin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Members are generally notified before any action is taken; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Collusion, match fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking or the use of unauthorized software.
• If the account holder is confirmed to be a minor.

Superbetin strives to deliver the highest level of service; however, our liability has limits in certain areas. Superbetin is not responsible for unforeseen technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures.

• Any financial losses from betting are the member's sole responsibility.
• No compensation will be provided for service interruptions due to scheduled server maintenance.
• Superbetin is not liable for errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Superbetin's maximum compensation is equal to the total funds held in the member's account.
